New Features
- Introducing Lost Mode for iOS. See something suspicious happening to your iOS device? Activate Lost Mode and lock its screen, display a lost message, and make it beep. As long as the device is connected to a network, do all that and track its movements from the console. Learn more about Lost Mode.
- You can now apply managed configurations to iOS apps through a blueprint. Customize the experience of your apps with managed configurations. Learn more about managed configurations for iOS apps.
- We are making application syncs more predictable. You might already know how application synchronization works when installing, updating, or downgrading applications. We’ve now expanded this behavior to app states and managed configurations. Learn more about app syncs.
- We’re updating the way we talk about application versions in our Application V1 APIs:
- Version name will replace version code.
- Version code will replace build number.
Now it’ll be easier to see your version name and version code. The version code must be incremented with each new version.
If you use our Application V1 APIs in your workflows, the APIs will still return the previous payloads. You can update these
- We’ve improved the look and feel of geofences with an updated tile view.
- We’ve improved search result accuracy when searching for a geofence.
- We now have an OS filter, so you can see Android or iOS devices when you generate a Device App Report.
- Users can now dynamically adjust font size across the device. Users of all kinds benefit when device-wide fonts are customizable. The feature requires a supervisor plugin.
Bug Fixes and Improvements
- Device graphs now appear in alphabetical order.
- We fixed an issue where some users were not able to view templates from the Provisioning Methods sections due to their role. Users would now be able to view templates if they have the required permissions.
- We fixed an issue where some users were not able to modify wallpapers or Wi-Fi access points in blueprints due to their roles. These users should now be able to modify these settings in a blueprint.
- The search bar is now cleared when generating a new app report.
