File Manager for Devices: You can now manage files on your device. We’ve added a new section to individual devices. During a file manager session, you can:
- Upload a file from your computer to a folder on the device
- Download a file from your device to your computer
- View details for a file or folder, including its path
- Rename, move, copy and paste files
- Delete files

- New Look for Devices & Groups: We’re changing the UI for Devices & Groups. While no functionality has changed, we’ve made several improvements to the look and organization of icons. We know these changes take time to adjust to, so we’re releasing these UI changes on a rolling basis. If you’d like these changes in your tenant early, go to your Profile section to switch views. Learn more about Advanced view.
- Zoom During Remote Viewer: You now have the ability to zoom in and out during a Remote Viewer session. Increase the zoom level up to 200% to hone in on text, images, and more. Just in case your device has a tiny hard-to-read font, or you simply find yourself squinting at the screen, you now have the option to zoom, pan, and relax your eyes. Android Esper Agent Updates:
- Added multiple Upload and Download support
- Fixed an issue on Samsung Knox devices where the DPC param for hide navigation bar in kiosk mode
- Added support for restricting volume button access on Samsung and some Lenovo enterprise devices through device configuration.
- Fixed QR code scanning UI issue on Android 8.1 CC6000 devices where status and navigation bars would turn grey and become hidden. Added automatic camera fallback and a manual camera switch button for more reliable QR code scanning during provisioning.
