Dates: October 30, 2025
Esper Agent Version: 9.0.2177
New Features
- Android 15 support for Supervisor Plugins: Google now requires additional steps for device manufacturers (OEM) for supervisor plugins on Android devices. Supervisor plugins give console users access to elevated permissions including Remote Control. Android devices that upgrade to version 15 are also affected by this change. See our Android 15 supervisor article if you are thinking of updating your devices or are interested in a plugin.
- iOS Provisioning Profile: We’ve added support for uploading provisioning profiles to device. Not to be confused with Esper provisioning, iOS profile provisioning files allow developers to distribute Enterprise iOS apps and manage profile from the Esper console. If you currently use iOS Enterprise applications, you'll now use provisioning profiles to authorize your apps in one place. See provisioning profiles for more information.
- Introducing Esper MCP: Does your team currently use AI tools in their day to day? Do you wish you could add some Esper data into the mix? Now you can. We’ve launched Esper MCP, a way to connect Esper data into your existing LLM tools. Now if you want to ask Claude about a single device, or generate an event feed report, you can do so from your preferred IDE. Check out Esper MCP today.
