If you’re a first time user of Esper, follow these steps to sign up.
If you’ve used Esper in the past, even if your account or tenant was deleted, read this guide if you experience difficulties logging in or you can't log in.
When you’re invited to a new tenant, you’ll be directed to sign up. However, when you sign up, you will receive an error message, telling you to log in.
Click on Log in and log in using the same email and password or SSO method you used to log into previous tenants.
Received a wrong email or password message?
Warning: The Forgot password? link will not send a reset link from new tenants since no account associated with that email was created in the tenant.
If your sign-in method is email and password and you’ve forgotten your password, try the following:
- If you have access to a previous tenant, request the forgotten password from that tenant instead.
- Log into a previous tenant and reset your password from that tenant.
- Contact your administrator and ask them to allow you to sign in with a different method (SSO or Google Sign-in). They will need to send a new invitation.
If you’ve forgotten your previous tenant and password, reach out to your administrator or Esper Support.
