How do I remove an offline device?
There are different requirements for removing devices communicating with Esper and devices that either powered off or no longer communicating with Esper. Read How to Remove Devices for more information.How do I run a bug report for a device that is offline?
Even if a device is turned on, it may not be communicating with Esper and will show an offline status. To resolve this, try the following:- Reboot the device.
- Check that the Wi-Fi credentials are correct in the Template or Blueprint.
- Connect the device to a different network. Consider using a hotspot to test the connection temporarily.
- Verify that the firewall requirements are met.
How often does the device communicate with the Console?
The device communicates with the Console every few minutes.How is the security status of a device determined?

This device-specific behavior depends on the device manufacturer and OS image installed on the device. The same system would be landscape for some devices and portrait for others.How can I remove Esper from my device?
You can reset the device locally or perform the same action from the Esper Console. Note: The device should be communicating with Esper and connected to an active network while you send the reset command to the device. Read more about removing devices from Esper.
Can I cancel commands such as App Installs or Bug Reports from the Console?
In general, most commands, once fired, cannot be canceled such as App Installs unless they are in a Pipeline. A Bug Report can be cancelled if it's queued. However, it will time out (typically after a few minutes to half an hour) if the request fails. You can view device commands and activity information from the Event Feed.Can I disable the navigation bar from a device?
