What's changing with Alerts?
Going forward, Channels will be renamed to Recipient List. The SNS functionality will also be deprecated and removed.
Why is SNS going away?
We've decided to discontinue this feature due to low adoption.
Will other features be deprecated due to low adoption?
We don't have any current plans yet, but we we're constantly looking at ways to improve our platform and user experience. Whenever a deprecation is decided, we'll have an announcement for it.
Will SNS be replaced with another feature?
We will announce new functionality for Alerts soon.
