You can provision apps during the provisioning process so that your desired set of apps are ready to use on your device(s) once Esper Agent installs.
At times, however, apps may not install, even if you select ‘During Provisioning’. This can be for a number of reasons including:
- The app you selected was region-locked and not available in the location you were trying install it in.
- The internet connection was unstable.
- Unexpected maintenance occurred.
If you discover that apps are missing after provisioning devices, navigate to that device or Group in the Console. Go to the Apps tab and select Install New App. Locate the app, optionally select the version and managed configurations, and select Install. If you are using apps from the Google Play Store, you may need to approve them first.
