About the Installation Process 

The installation process differs depending on the device type. 

For ARM Devices

1. You’ll begin by validating a device using a variety of methods which includes installing an Android system image. We do this step first to ensure device compatibility. 
2. Then, you’ll complete a test suit to confirm. 
3. Once validated and tested, an Esper representative will provide you with a Foundation build. Use the same test suit to validate the Foundation build. 
4. You can then begin adding your Foundation device to Esper. 

For x86 Devices

1. Contact your device manufacturer about entering the device's BIOS. 
2. Flash Foundation on the device. 
3. You can then begin adding your Foundation device to Esper.
