Issues
My device is stuck in a "Converge" state.
This may be due to Google Play application installs. The default Google Play timeout to install apps is 60 minutes. Devices in this state won't be able to converge again and will fail a converge action if the application fails to install. Try connecting the device to a reliable network and try again.
If your device remains in the converge state after a few tries, reach out to Esper Support.
