Esper works with a variety of partners to grow their organizations. The Partner Control Center (PCC) allows these users to see data and manage their tenants in a single view. In this section, we answer common questions about the Partner Control Center.
Is the Partner Control Center the same as an Esper tenant?
No. An Esper Tenant allows its users to manage devices. The PCC allows its users to manage tenants. PCCs cannot manage devices directly.
Can the Partner Control Center create or delete tenants?
No. If you need a tenant created or deleted, contact Esper.
Can users in the Partner Control Center log into linked tenants?
Yes. If the partner is already a user in that tenant, they can log in from the PCC. If they aren’t a user, they’ll receive an email.
How do I add tenants to the Partner Control Center?
You can add tenants by sharing your Partner ID with a user in a tenant. Once the user adds the Partner ID in the Esper console’s Company Settings, the PCC will be linked to that tenant.
Why did I get an Organization Invalid when I tried to log into the Partner Control Center?
You may have entered your organization name incorrectly. Try logging in again.
