The Partner Control Center lets users see linked tenants from a single view. It’s ideal for organizations that administer multiple tenants.

Getting Started
Once invited to the Partner Control Center, you’ll receive an email invitation to join the center. Take note of your Organization Name, as you may be asked for it when you log in.
Your organization name is in the Partner Center URL as well. Bookmark this URL for convenient access.
After logging in, you’ll see the Tenants section.
You’ll see:
- Tenant: The tenant's name
- Total Device Count: The total number of devices linked to each tenant. Keep in mind that other brief device states, such as Onboarding in Progress, may also be reflected in the total. Devices removed from Esper are not counted.
- Registered: The number of devices in the registered state.
- Onboarded: The number of devices in the onboarded state.
- Provisioned: The number of devices in the provisioned state.
- Enterprise Name
- Customer Name
- Email: The email used for tenant creation – usually a company email address.
- Status: The tenant’s link approval status.
- Company Shortcode: The code that appears at the beginning of the tenant’s provisioned devices.
Click on the filter to filter through your list of tenants.
You’ll be able to search by:
- Total Device Count
- Tenant Accept/Reject Status
Logging into a Tenant
Under the Actions heading, click the ellipsis (...) and select Log in to Tenant.
If you are already a registered user in that tenant, you’ll log in or continue with your session.
If you’re not a user, follow the link to sign up for the tenant.
Once logged in, new users will have an Esper Partner role. Existing users will retain their previous roles. Learn more about Roles.
Note: In rare instances, "Login to tenant" will not work for new users if the tenant has not enabled Custom Roles. To enable Custom Roles, a tenant user should contact Esper.
Managing Users
To view or manage users, navigate to the User Management > Users section.
To add a new user, click on Invite New User.
Input their email address, then choose their login method:
- Any: Google authentication and Esper credentials.
- Google authentication: Users can log in with Google Single Sign-on.
- Esper credentials: Users can log in using an email address and password.
At this time, you’ll only be able to choose an Admin role for this type of user. This means all these users will also be able to log in to the tenant on the partner’s behalf.
Then click Invite. An invitation will appear in the email. Invites are valid for seven days.
To see pending invitations, click on the Pending Invites tab.
Click on the ellipsis (...) to resend or delete the invitation.
Deleted invitations will still appear in a user’s inbox. However, the links will be invalid.
Accessing Your Partner Details
In the Partner Details section, you’ll see your Partner ID, contact details, and other information. Click on the Edit Profile button to edit this information.
You won’t be able to edit your Partner ID or the Created On date.
Use the Partner Control Center as a central point to manage your tenants.
