Once you’ve uploaded your files, you can add tags to, download, or delete the file. Adding tags is especially useful for managing larger inventories.
You can also manage files on individual devices with File Manager.

Adding File Descriptions
File descriptions can be seen in the Console. They’re meant to explain the significance of the file in the Console. Click on the ellipsis (...) for more actions on any file. Choose the Add Description option.
Enter the description and click Save.
To see the description, click on Edit Description from the same menu.
Managing File Tags
Tags help when searching for a file. Use tags to group files into similar categories to perform quick searches. To add or manage tags, click on the ellipsis (...) and click Add Tags.
To add more than one tag, separate each item by a comma. Then click Add.
You can edit or delete tags as well. Click the pencil icon to edit a tag, or the trash can icon to delete it.
Downloading Files
Files can’t be previewed while in the Console, but you can download the file and open it on your computer. To download a file, click on the ellipsis (...) and click Download. The file will be downloaded.
Deleting Files
Deleting a file from the Content Management section won’t remove the file from devices. To delete a file, click on the ellipsis (...) and click Delete. The file will be deleted from the console.
You may need to delete files from the device manually.
