This is a setup step that needs to be completed before Play Store apps are available in Blueprints. You'll need to enroll a Managed Google Play account with your Esper enterprise — this creates the EMM binding that allows Esper to browse, approve, and push Play Store apps to your devices.

It's a one-time setup and takes about five minutes:

    1. In the Esper console, go to Company Settings.
    2. Locate the Managed Google Play section and select the option to enroll.
    3. Sign in with a Google account. Important: use a Google account dedicated to your enterprise — not a personal account. This makes renewals and account transfers much simpler down the line.
    4. Accept Google's Managed Google Play terms of service when prompted.
    5. Once enrollment is confirmed, go back to your Blueprint → Apps and search for the Play Store app you want to add. It should now be selectable.

For step-by-step screenshots, see Setting Up Google Play EMM Enrollment.

If you complete enrollment but still can't add Play Store apps, check that the Google account you used is active and not a delegated or service account — those sometimes cause issues at the binding step. If that's not it, open a support ticket and we'll take a look at the enrollment status on our end.
