You can now request security documentation from Esper. Some documentation requires a non-disclosure agreement.

Requesting Security Documentation
To access security documentation, go to Esper Trust Center. Then, navigate to the Resources section.
The Resources section contains security policies and documents by request. To request a document, click on Request access.
If this is your first time requesting access, you'll be asked to verify your email address.
Check your email for a code to verify your address.
Then enter your work email address (the email domain must contain your organization’s name and cannot be a personal email address). If you are a returning user, your verified email will appear. Enter your full name, company, and reason for accessing the docs.
Then, click on Request Access.
Allow 1-2 business days for your request to be processed. Check your email for an Esper Trust Center email sent by info@sprinto.in (ensure the email address is allowlisted).
Be aware you’ll need to be on the esper.trust.io to access your requested security files. Then go to the Resources section by clicking on the tab or the View details link.
If this is your first time accessing our security resources, you'll be prompted to accept the Non-disclosure agreement.
You will now have access to the requested security documentation.
You should now have access to the report you selected. Click on View document to view the report.
You'll now have access to the security document.
Viewing Documents
Go to the trust center's Resources section to view documents. Access your documents by clicking on the Request access link.
You may need to verify the request.
Then enter your email address.
A code will be sent to your email address. Enter the code to access the document.
Viewing Requests
To view documentation requests, go to the trust center website. Then, go to the Resources section by clicking on the tab or the View details link.
Click on Request access to view the status of your request.
You’ll see your request.
Click on View your past requests to see all requests.
You'll see a pending request if the document has not yet been approved.
