Esper portal login failure after extended inactivity: reset password via "Forgot Password" to restore access

If you can't log in to your Esper Console after a period of inactivity, your password may have expired or you may have forgotten it. Follow these steps to regain access to your account.
Before you begin
Have the following information ready:
- Your tenant URL (format:
https://[tenant-name].esper.cloud/) - Your login email address
- Access to the email inbox associated with your account
How to reset your password
- Go to
https://[tenant-name].esper.cloud/and open the login page. - Click Forgot Password.
- Enter the email address associated with your Esper account.
- Check your email inbox for a password reset link. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
- Click the reset link in the email and create a new password.
- Return to the login page and log in with your new password.
If you don't receive a password reset email
Verify that the email address you entered matches exactly what you registered with. Check for variations in:
- Capitalization (for example,
John.Smith@example.comvsjohn.smith@example.com) - Domain spelling
- Extra spaces before or after the address
If you're still not receiving the email, try checking your email provider's settings to ensure emails from Esper are not being filtered or blocked.
If your account is no longer on the tenant
If you believe your account was removed from the tenant by mistake, ask a tenant administrator to re-invite you. They can do this by going to Console → User Management → Invite User.
If your tenant uses single sign-on (SSO)
If your tenant is configured with SSO or SAML authentication, the Forgot Password option may not be available. In this case, contact your organization's identity provider administrator to reset your credentials.
