Esper Dashboard fails to load while other console sections remain functional: issue resolves via platform-side fix
Android
If your Esper Console Dashboard tab fails to load while other sections of the Esper Console work normally, this article explains what's happening and how to resolve it.
Before you begin
This issue typically affects the Dashboard tab only. Other console sections like Devices & Groups remain functional, so you can continue managing your devices while we resolve the Dashboard issue.
How to check if this is affecting you
- Open the Esper Console and try to load the Dashboard tab.
- Navigate to Devices & Groups to confirm other sections are loading normally.
- Check whether the Dashboard fails to load for multiple users in your organization, or just for you.
If multiple users in your organization are affected
This indicates a platform-level issue that Esper is actively working to resolve. No action is required on your end while we deploy a fix.
- Use Devices & Groups as a temporary alternative to continue managing your devices.
- Refresh the Esper Console page to confirm that other sections are loading correctly.
- Wait for confirmation that the platform fix has been deployed.
- Once the fix is live, reload the Dashboard tab in your browser.
- Verify that the Dashboard loads without errors and all widgets and data display correctly.
If only you are affected after the platform fix is deployed
Try the following steps to rule out browser or network-related issues:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again in a private or incognito window.
- Try a different browser (Chrome and Firefox are recommended for the Esper Console).
- Try connecting from a different network.
- Ask another user in your organization to attempt loading the Dashboard from their account to confirm whether the issue is specific to your user account.
Still need help?
If the Dashboard issue persists after trying these steps, contact Esper Support and provide the following information:
- Your organization's tenant URL or endpoint
- The affected user email address(es)
- A screenshot of the broken Dashboard
- Browser console error logs (press F12, then go to the Esper Console tab)
