Console inaccessible: tenant URL returns error or blank page
Android
When your Esper Console tenant URL returns an error, a blank page, or fails to load entirely, you cannot manage devices or apply configuration changes until access is restored.
Why this happens
Console access failures are almost always caused by one of four things: a browser or local network issue specific to your machine, a typo in the tenant URL, an active platform incident affecting Esper's infrastructure, or an account standing issue such as an expired plan. Working through these in order narrows the cause quickly.
Steps
- Rule out a browser or local network issue. Open your tenant URL in an incognito or private browsing window. If it loads, a cached session or extension is the cause — clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload. If it still fails, try a different browser (Chrome is recommended) and then a different network such as a mobile hotspot. This confirms whether the problem is isolated to your machine or network rather than the Esper platform.
- Check the Esper platform status. Visit status.esper.io and look for any active incidents listed under Console or API availability. If an incident is posted, no further action is needed on your end — monitor the page for resolution updates.
-
Verify your tenant URL is correct. Your Console address follows the pattern
https://<tenant-name>.esper.cloud/dashboard. Confirm the subdomain matches your tenant name exactly — a single character typo produces a non-resolving address. Try navigating tohttps://<tenant-name>.esper.cloudwithout the/dashboardpath to determine whether the issue is specific to that route. - Confirm your account is in good standing. An expired plan or outstanding billing issue can block Console access. Check your registered email address for any account or billing notifications from Esper, and verify that your subscription is active.
https://<tenant-name>.esper.cloud/dashboard without errors, and your device list, groups, and Blueprints should load normally. If the issue was browser-related, access is restored immediately after clearing cache or switching browsers.
