Ground rules
Never post sensitive data. Enrollment tokens, device serial numbers, API keys, tenant IDs, and customer company names must never appear in posts. Use placeholders like YOUR_DEVICE_SERIAL in all code examples.
- Be specific — include your Android version, device model, Esper Console version, and exact error message.
- Search before posting. Most common issues already have a resolved thread.
- Mark answers as Solved when your issue is resolved.
- Be respectful.
