Format

• When: Every other Thursday, 10:00–10:45 AM PT
• Where: Posted here as a live thread — drop your questions in the comments and we'll respond in real time
• Who joins: Rotating mix of Support, Engineering, and Product depending on what's on the agenda

What to bring

• Questions that didn't get fully resolved in a support ticket
• Feature ideas you want to talk through directly with the product team
• Things you're building on the API where early feedback would help
• Anything you're curious about — roadmap, architecture, how something works under the hood
