Introduce yourself — who are you and what are you managing?

Welcome to Esper Community. This thread is for introductions.

Tell us who you are and what you're working on — no company names needed, just your role and what kind of deployment you're managing or building. It helps everyone here understand who they're talking to and what kinds of problems the community is seeing.

We'll start:

Esper Support Team — We're the team behind the help articles, the responses in this community, and the support tickets. We manage support for device fleets across retail, healthcare, logistics, and field service deployments of all sizes — fleets of all sizes.

The problems we see most often: Blueprint convergence issues on mixed OEM fleets, app management edge cases with signing certificates and Play Store configuration, and connectivity issues on devices deployed in environments with unreliable or restricted networks.

We built this community because ticket threads are private and the same problems come up again and again. If a resolution helps one customer, it should help everyone. That's the idea here.

One thing we're still figuring out: how to make the community genuinely useful for developers building on the Esper API, not just IT admins managing devices. If you're in the developer camp, we'd especially love to hear from you.
