Bugs and Improvements
- Added a new error message for duplicate pending app installations triggered via the install command.
- Added support to display the device serial number while onboarding.
- Fixed display orientation issues seen for landscape-first devices.
- Fixed an issue where the Launchable But Hidden State would not work after the Esper Agent was restarted.
