When you link a tenant to the Partner Control Center (PCC), you gain access to that tenant’s device count and login capabilities.

Linking a Tenant
Linking a tenant involves working in both the PCC and the tenant. If you’re a user of both, you can perform the following actions yourself. If not, request access to either the PCC or the tenant or have a registered user accept the invitation.
In the PCC
A link needs to be approved by both the tenant and the PCC. In the PCC, click on Tenants > Add Existing Tenant.
Alternatively, go to the Partner Details section and locate your Partner ID.
Copy the UUID and share this information with a user of the tenant.
In the Esper Tenant
In the Esper Tenant, go to Profile > Tenant Settings. Then enter the code in the Partner Control Center section.
You’ll also need to accept the Terms of Service.
After accepting, a request will be sent to the PCC.
In the PCC
After accepting the request, the tenant information will appear in PCC’s Pending Tenants section.
Click on the ellipsis (...) in that row to accept or reject the invitation.
Once accepted, the tenant will appear in the Tenants section.
Tenants will not be able to link to your PCC or others once a request is rejected.
In the Esper Tenant
In Esper, a confirmation message will appear in Profile > Tenant Settings.
The tenant is now linked to the control center. After linking, you’ll be able to view the tenant’s device count and log in to the tenant.
If you reject the request, a user in that tenant will see the reject message.

Tenant Roles and Permissions
In the PCC, all users have the same permissions. They can add tenants and other users and login to tenants.
When a user clicks on Login to Tenant, two things can happen:
- If the user was already part of that tenant, they will assume the role of whatever was previously assigned.
- If the user was not part of the tenant, they will have an Esper Partner role. To access more permissions, contact an Enterprise Admin for that tenant and ask to have your role changed in User Management > Actions > Edit User Details. Admins can also edit the Esper Partner Role to apply changes to
Esper Partner Role
Esper Partners may view most parts of the tenant and interact with devices. Some features are read-only, such as blueprints and alerts, and no access is provided for certain features, such as API Key Management.
