By default, customers will be on the Templates experience. You can contact Esper to learn more about the Blueprints experience.
Blueprints are the next iteration of Templates. Think of a Blueprint as a set of instructions for a Group. Once you’ve set up a Blueprint, all devices in that Group should follow those same instructions.
The key difference between Templates and Blueprints is that you can edit a Blueprint and those changes will apply to all the devices provisioned to that Blueprint. Blueprints allow you to apply changes in a scalable way whenever your needs change.
